An unused back door had badly rotted, and its lock and hinges rusted shut.
The entire door needed to come off, hinges and all. Fortunately, the wall around it was in good shape, so after forcing the screws out our experts were able to attach a new set of hinges and then installed a new wooden door in place of the old one.
