Drywall Repair Service
Customer Issue: The customer had a hole in the wall of her hallway that needed to be repaired.
Our Solution: Our team was called in to examine a hole in the hallway wall. It was determined that the hole was not too large so it was only necessary to cut out the damaged section of drywall and patch up the hole with a piece of drywall sheeting. After completion the work was sanded to suit the existing drywall.
Customer issue: This customer had a dirty, damaged, moisture-ridden teak deck.
Our solution: Our team started out by stripping the wooden planks off the deck before proceeding with cleansing and sanding of the surface. Once the material was prepared, the crew brought the natural color of teak by using a high-grade teak deck stain. Finally, a seal was applied to protect the material from moisture and UV exposure.
Popcorn Ceiling Removal
Customer Issue: The customer’s old popcorn-style ceiling was dirty and crumbling, and needed to be removed and smoothed out.
Our Solution: After making sure the old ceiling didn’t contain asbestos, our team took the furniture out of the room, removed the light fixtures, and soaked the surface. Fifteen minutes later, our experts scraped Mrs. Miranstein’s ceiling clean and then sanded it smooth enough for repainting.
Bathroom Mold Removal
Customer Issue: Mr. Wolfe found the bathroom wall and ceiling in one of his apartments infested with mold after a tenant moved out.
Our Solution: Our professionals washed the infested wall and ceiling with a mix of hot water and echo-friendly fungicide. Luckily, the mold hadn’t penetrated into the drywall itself, so our team proceeded to scrape off the moldy paint and replaced it as soon as the section was dry. At the customer's request, our team then installed a new drywall section in place of the old one, to be on the safe side.
Customer Issue: An unused back door had badly rotted, and its lock and hinges rusted shut.
Our Solution: The entire door needed to come off, hinges and all. Fortunately, the wall around it was in good shape, so after forcing the screws out our experts were able to attach a new set of hinges and then installed a new wooden door in place of the old one.
