Residential Mold Remediation
Customer Issue: The customer had a recurring mold problem that needed to be taken care of.
Our Solution: Our team discovered a dislodged roof tile which was letting rain into the house. This was the cause of the mold problem. After determining that the ceiling was not damaged, the mold was treated with commercial grade mold removal solution to prevent a recurrence.
Kitchen Mold Removal
Customer issue: Musty odor and visible mold growth along the kitchen walls caused this customer to call us.
Our solution: Once our team had a look behind the cabinets, they detected extensive mold growth caused by a water leak. Then, they contained the area and moved onto the mold remediation process. All affected material was discarded and replaced. Finally, the team used negative pressure to get rid of all remaining spores and prevented further spreading.
Drywall Ceiling Repair
Customer Issue: Drywall ceiling badly warped and flaked by water damage from an overhead leak.
Our Solution: After stripping off the paint and replacing the gypsum panel behind it, our team removed the sheetrock section. We installed a new layer of insulation before hanging a new drywall section under it, which we then primed and painted in order to leave the new ceiling looking pristine.
Customer Issue: An aging storefront needed a new coat of waterproof paint.
Our Solution: Power washing and sanding the walls left the building ready for a new coating. Our team used special waterproof paint to give the store a new and durable sheen in an appealing powder blue, and even repainted the overhead sign.
Customer Issue: A one-room apartment needed to be turned into a kitchen room for its larger neighboring suite.
Our Solution: Once the apartment was emptied, the wall removed, and the drywall and floor tiled over, our team replaced the sink with a larger unit and installed a countertop next to it. Next, we built a set of cabinets into the walls while leaving room for the refrigerator and oven.
