Customer Issue: There was some concern about the state of the roof after recent storms.
Our Solution: Our crew conducted a thorough check of the customer’s roof after concerns raised following recent storms. The roof tiles were checked from the outside first. There was no damage to the roof tiles, however, some of the mortar around the capping had come away. Our crew patched up the missing capping and checked the roof again inside, and out.
Crawlspace Mold Removal Near
Customer issue: Mold infestation in the crawlspace needed treatment.
Our solution: The moisture conditions in Mr. Hale's home were out of control. Our team started by cleaning the surface off the contaminated material and used modern oxidative technology for mold removal. Afterwards, the crew worked hard to target the sources of moisture and improve the client's ventilation system as well as address the water leak.
Customer Issue: A drywall section near the floor was damaged by rodent activity.
Our Solution: Our team laid down a floor covering before removing out the damaged section. The customer assured us the rats were taken care of, so it was safe to repair the insulation on the backing. After doing that, we proceeded to hang a new drywall sheet in place of the old one, and then painting it Floral white at the customer's request.
Outdoor Deck Waterproofing
Customer Issue: An outer deck needed a new coating of waterproof paint.
Our Solution: Clearing the deck of furniture and debris left us a clean space to work with. Our team power washed and sanded the surface area before priming and painting it over with two even layers of waterproof sealant paint and letting it dry.
Customer Issue: A large living room needed to have an office room split off from it and connected to the hallway.
Our Solution: First, our team put a new door in the hallway. They then cut through the ceiling and floor to install two new walls that cut out a 12x15 foot corner of the living room that included the new door, an electrical outlet, and a window, creating a cozy office space.
