Popcorn Ceiling Removal
Customer Issue: The customer purchased an old house with a popcorn ceiling in the living room that he wanted our team to remove.
Our Solution: Our team first checked the ceiling for the presence of asbestos. After getting the all-clear, our team scraped off the popcorn texture from the ceiling. Once the popcorn layer feature had been removed, rough areas were patched and sanded for a smooth, consistent finish.
Interior Floor Installation
Customer issue: This customer’s flooring was in need of replacement to increase his home value.
Our solution: Our team provided Mr. Guerrero with a full flooring installation service, including the supply of material and manual labor. They worked closely with the client to determine the right material for his home and agreed upon Floorcraft's hardwood flooring. The installers completed the job to achieve the best lifespan and visual appeal.
Customer Issue: A rotten roof needed to be torn down and replaced.
Our Solution: Our team pulled off the old shingles and removed the nails holding down the rotting wooden boards underneath. We nailed new insulated boards in their place, and then laid some stylish new slate shingles over a layer of adhesive asphalt.
Residential Mold Remediation
Customer Issue: Mold began appearing along a hallway wall and ceiling after a leak.
Our Solution: Our team used a mixture of hot water and chemical fungicide to melt the overgrown paint. We then scraped it off and inspected the drywall for signs of a deeper infestation before sanding and repainting it. We also checked the nearby rooms for more mold to ensure it was all removed.
Customer Issue: A wall was damaged accidentally, and required a drywall dent to be patched.
Our Solution: As this was a medium sized dent, our team cut a gypsum drywall square to replace the damaged section. Once the floor was covered to protect it from dust, they scraped the area clean, installed the new section, and painted it over to maintain an even wall surface.
